- 2 pounds fresh spinach
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and drain the spinach, then sauté it in olive oil with garlic until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add the sautéed spinach to the cheese mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
