Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in the orzo and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add spinach and heavy cream, mixing well.
