- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add vegetable broth, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
