Zutaten

  • 3 pounds pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Anweisungen

  1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
  3. Pour orange and lime juice over the pork.
  4. Sprinkle with cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
