- 4 cube steaks
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Anweisungen
- Place the cube steaks in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of celery soup, beef broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the cube steaks.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For thicker gravy, mix in a cornstarch slurry before serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
