Zutaten

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crock pot.
  4. Place 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella.
  7. Finish with a final layer of noodles and remaining sauce.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
