- 4 to 6 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Place turkey breast in the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Check the internal temperature of the turkey; it should reach 165°F.
- Remove turkey and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
