A simple and delicious crockpot baked ziti recipe.
Zutaten

- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In the crockpot, layer half of the cooked pasta followed by half of the sauce mixture.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour water over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your crockpot model.
- Can add cooked ground meat if desired.
- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
