- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Add broccoli, onion, vegetable broth, carrots, and garlic to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low until cheese is melted.
