Zutaten

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook until the dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
  7. Shred the chicken before serving and stir everything together.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • For a thicker broth, add a slurry of cornstarch and water.
