- 2 pounds of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of chicken broth

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Anweisungen
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
