- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Anweisungen
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add the beef to the crockpot.
- Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- Top with cheese or sour cream if desired.
