  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Anweisungen

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the beef to the crockpot.
  4. Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
