Zutaten

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture and a third of the mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Notes

  • Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
