- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth

- 1 cup of mixed vegetables
Anweisungen
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Add mixed vegetables in the last hour of cooking.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
