- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Anweisungen
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add the browned pork chops on top of the onions.
- Pour the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with the sauce from the crockpot.
