Zutaten

  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, diced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Anweisungen

  1. Season the roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
  4. Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in the crockpot.
  5. Add the seared roast on top of the vegetables.
