- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Anweisungen
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the beef.
- Layer the sliced carrots and diced potatoes around the beef.
- Pour the beef broth and soy sauce over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, salt, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the beef before serving.
