A simple and delicious crockpot recipe for tender pulled pork.

- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Anweisungen
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the pork on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Notes
- Serve on buns with coleslaw.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
