Easy and delicious Thanksgiving sides made in a crockpot.

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Prepare the potatoes and place them in the crockpot.
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a healthier option, replace sour cream with Greek yogurt.
- Can add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your crockpot model.
