- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh vegetables for dipping
Anweisungen
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil while blending until creamy.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.

- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Great with pita chips as well.
