- 3 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchini into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer zucchini slices, then ricotta mixture, then mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
