Delicious dinner rolls perfect for Thanksgiving.
Zutaten

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a roll and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
- You can brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
