A simple and delicious sweet and sour chicken dish that you can easily bake.


Zutaten

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  3. In a baking dish, combine chicken, sweet and sour sauce, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple.
  4. Drizzle with vegetable oil and stir to coat.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.

  • You can add more vegetables if desired.
