Zutaten
Skala
- 2 cups of vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
- 1 cup of lean protein (chicken breast, turkey)
- 1 can of low-sodium broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Anweisungen
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
- Place the vegetables in the crockpot.
- Add the lean protein on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the broth over the mixture.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.

- Feel free to add beans or grains for more nutrition.
