This is an easy homemade lasagna recipe that anyone can make.


Zutaten

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the skillet with ground beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  8. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  9. Add a layer of meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  10. Repeat the layers twice, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  12. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
