This is an easy homemade lasagna recipe that anyone can make.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet with ground beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add a layer of meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers twice, finishing with noodles, sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil noodles for quicker preparation.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
