- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Serve with pasta or a salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
