A simple and flavorful Mexican taco lasagna made with layers of tortillas, seasoned meat, cheese, and salsa.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 9 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of salsa on the bottom.
- Layer 3 tortillas over the salsa.
- Add half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the black beans, corn, and cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use flour tortillas for a different texture.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Top with sour cream and avocado for serving.
