  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of salsa on the bottom.
  5. Layer 3 tortillas over the salsa.
  6. Add half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the black beans, corn, and cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
