This is a simple and delicious oven baked chicken and rice recipe.

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine rice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, add peas, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts if preferred.
