- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Layer rice, black beans, shrimp, cheese, avocado, and salsa on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Serve immediately.
