Easy taco lasagna is a layered dish combining tortillas, seasoned beef, and cheese.


Zutaten

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 9 tortillas
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 tortillas over the beans.
  6. Add half of the beef mixture on top of the tortillas.
  7. Spread 1/3 of the salsa and 1/3 of the cheese over the beef.
  8. Repeat layers: tortillas, beef, salsa, and cheese.
  9. Add a final layer of tortillas, salsa, and cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
