Zutaten
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture under the turkey skin.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours, removing foil for the last 30 minutes.
- Steam green beans in olive oil until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water, cook until berries burst.
- Serve the turkey with green beans and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F.
