  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies

Anweisungen

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool. Mix with coffee liqueur.
  2. Separate eggs and beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  6. Dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture and layer in a dish.

  8. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
