Zutaten

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  5. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  6. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  7. Mix until smooth.
  8. Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
  9. Top with additional cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake for another 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
