Easy twice baked potato casserole recipe.

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 1 hour or until tender.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
- Top with additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for another 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- You can add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
