Easy zucchini bread is a moist and flavorful quick bread made with fresh zucchini.

- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
