Zutaten

  • 1 kg of turkey breast
  • 200 g of chestnuts
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms and chestnuts, cooking until tender.
  4. Mix in breadcrumbs and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff the turkey breast with the mixture and tie it closed.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 hours.
  7. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with your choice of sides.
