- Celery – 4 stalks, chopped
- Chicken broth – 4 cups

- White wine – 1 cup
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter, herbs, and garlic in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture under the turkey skin.
- Place onion, carrots, and celery in a roasting pan.
- Put the turkey on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth and wine into the pan.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Make gravy with drippings and flour.
