- 1 lb green beans
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain the beans and sauté them in a skillet with remaining olive oil and sliced almonds for 5 minutes.
- Mix the roasted Brussels sprouts and sautéed green beans in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
