- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 package phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out phyllo pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with beaten egg.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving finger food.
