A classic Hawaiian mac salad served from food trucks.
Zutaten

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add the cooked macaroni, carrots, celery, green onions, and pickle relish to the bowl.
- Mix well until everything is coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- This salad is best served cold.
- You can add diced ham or shredded chicken for extra protein.
