Zutaten

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the rice and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Transfer the rice mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice.
  7. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
