- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then let it cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together in a saucepan over low heat.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
