Zutaten

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Anweisungen

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt until a ball forms.

  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing.
  10. Dip crullers into icing while warm.
