- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 large onions, sliced

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions.
- Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour beef broth over it.
- Add the caramelized onions on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the shredded Gruyere cheese over the onions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
