- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
