- 4 cups fresh apricots, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced apricots with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Place the apricot mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Spread the oat mixture over the apricots evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
