Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix diced apples or peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, combine flour and butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and beaten egg to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the fruit mixture on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pies until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
