- 2 cups of diced apples or peaches
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 package of pie crusts
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix diced fruit, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry each pie until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
