- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Coat wing flats in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
- Fry wing flats until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

- Stir in lemon pepper seasoning.
