- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients; stir until combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix pecans, coconut, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the chocolate base.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then cut into bars.
