- 4 medium potatoes, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place grated potatoes in a bowl and add chopped onion.
- Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop mixture and flatten into pancakes in the skillet.
- Fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
